Post Mortem

What went right:
I am happy with the way my robot come out, I think he is fun and different and original. The modeling aspect of it was not too difficult, it was more fun than anything else. I think I kept the theme and art style of the character consistent.

What went wrong:
I had a hard time trying to do a 360 render of the character (bones included) even after i grouped everything and kept the pivot point the same, the render would turn out with moving limbs. This is something i have to look further into because apparently i was not the only individual with this problem.

What would I do differently
I would giver the character more definition and add glowing parts to him to make it seam more futuristic, maybe some submaps. And i would have liked to give him some weapons, may they be hand held or attached

What did I learn
From the class in general, i learned a lot. It was my first time creating male and female forms as well as a human face, I also learned that i really enjoyed it. I really like modeling and with this class i found that i am getting better and better at it. Hopefully i have a future with modeling. The unwrapping is a different story, I like unwrapping but I still have some more to learn when it comes to character unwrapping. I also learned that i really like robots and I want to model more of them!
